HOW IT WORKS
Three steps. No mystery fourth.
You tell us the trip. We send a fare on WhatsApp. You say yes, and the car number comes back on the same chat.
- 01
Share your details
Send a WhatsApp message, or use the form. Pickup, drop, date, people, and the car you have in mind.
- 02
Get a quote and confirm
We reply with the fare, what is included, and which vehicle is actually free. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
- 03
Enjoy the ride
The driver, the car number and the reporting time come back on the same chat. You travel. We drive.
What to send us
- Pickup point and a time that is real, not hopeful
- Drop, or the list of stops if it is a round
- Date, and the return if there is one
- Number of people and a honest note about bags
- Flight number, for airport pickups
- GST details, if a company is paying
Inside the fare
- The car named in the quote, or a clear substitute if that car is off the road
- A driver for the booked hours or days
- Fuel
- Driver allowance on outstation, already inside the quote
Outside the fare
- Tolls, parking, and state border tax — at actuals
- Anything the travellers buy: hotels, meals, tickets, safari permits
- A route change that adds kilometres, recalculated and told to you
- Waiting beyond the agreed pickup window on a local booking
On the day
For an airport pickup we share the driver's name and number before you land. If the flight slips, the car slips with it. You should not be paying for a delay you did not cause.
For an outstation morning we report at the time in the quote. The driver has the route. You do not need to sit in the front and navigate, unless you want to.
If something on the road changes — a closure, a temple running late, a child who needs a stop — say so. Kilometres that were not in the plan are recounted plainly, not invented at the drop.
