Hot Wheels Tours and Travels provides cars with drivers. We are not a tour operator. Hotels, meals, monument tickets and safari permits are outside the fare unless a quote says otherwise in writing.
Outstation kilometres include the running agreed in the quote, subject to a daily minimum. Extra kilometres from a change of plan are charged at the same per-kilometre rate and told to you. Tolls, parking and state tax are at actuals.
The vehicle in the quote is the vehicle we intend to send. If it is unavailable, we offer a suitable replacement or release the booking. Seat counts are maximums. Luggage can reduce how many people should travel, and we will say so.
Passengers are responsible for their conduct and for belongings left in the car. The driver may refuse a trip that is unsafe, illegal, or a material change from what was booked.
Cancellation terms are stated in the quote before any advance is taken. A no-show at an airport after the flight has landed and a reasonable wait may still be chargeable.
